All returns must be authorized by The Parfumerie, LLC, and issued a R/A number. R/A numbers need to be clearly written on the front label portion of the returned box. No returns will be accepted without this number. Item will be refused or discarded. No exceptions.
Buyer is responsible for a 20 % restocking fee on all returns.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping, insurance, & restocking fee. All OILS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
