Ashton Drake Porcelain Bride Doll Caroline.  This doll has poseable arms and a poseable head, and a very elaborate sheath skirt dress with a detachable skirt-train that is covered with small pearls, and accented at the back with a large bow.  The bottom of the dress and the inside of the detachable skirt are both done in pleated , fine organza.  The sequins on the dress are champagne colored and reflect the light beautifully.   Designed by Cindy McClure  the edition stopped in 1981, so I guess I  this doll is at least 40 years old.  She has always been in a glass enclosed case in a non-smoking home.  Her dress is definitely an off-white, almost a champagne color.  She has a beautifully painted face with striking blue eyes, brunette hair and delicate fingers.  She wears off-white shoes and is on a lace decorated stand.  She is adjusting her veil so she doesn't come with a bouquet but one could certainly be added.  She comes in her original box with hang tag and brochure and certificate
