They say a picture is worth a thousand words so we always try to showcase any flaws an item my have in the photos so please consider all photos as part of the description. However, please do remember that colors can vary between screens and therefore may be slightly different than they appear.
We gladly accept most returns within 30 days, but because we often offer Free Shipping, we do ask the buyer to pay return shipping. In extenuating circumstances we may pay return shipping. Please reach out to us. Our goal is to do our best to keep you smiling! :)
We do NOT accept returns on some health and beauty items or grocery items for health and safety reasons. We also may not offer returns on all auction items. Again, reach out to us if there is an issue and we will do our best to accommodate.
If an item is purchased with Calculated Shipping (paid by the buyer) we will do our best to use the shipping option you have selected. If an item is purchased with Free Shipping offered (paid by us) we will choose the option that is the most cost effective for us and delivers in a timely manner. Sometimes (in either case) the option we use may differ from the option selected by default on the listing. Don't worry this will never result in extra cost to the you and we will also do our best to select an option with equal or faster shipping time than the default selected. With any carrier all delivery times are estimates and sometimes items may arrive sooner or later than expected. Please take this into consideration if you are purchasing an item that you need within a certain time frame.

Occasionally our packages will include an extra little gift or surprise. We don't do this every time, but when we do, it is at our cost. It is never included in the price or increases the price of the purchased item. Please do not comment that it wasn't the item you ordered, etc. as we are doing this to be kind and make you smile :) it is completely separate from your original purchase.
