Ask us for a Return Authorization number. You can submit a Return Request through Ebay or send us a message through Ebay. Send your item back by writing the RA# on the outside of the package and include a copy of your Sales Receipt inside. Most Returns are processed within 2 weeks (10 business days) from the day we get it back. We will send you an email when a refund is issued through Paypal.
