Description
Hello, my name is Alex and I'm M1 owner. Some peoples know me like M1 spare battery maker. But now I glad to introduce the new wheels for Inboard M1. I made this wheels by own - designed and produced. I used high quality urethane resin from USA with hardness 80A for make it. The new wheel improve our esk8 especially on a bad surfaces. On this lots:
2x Front wheels 90mm 80A
2x Rear wheels 90mm 80A
I can change color or hardness special for u. Please feel free to contact with me.
Cons:
ACCELERATION – the acceleration force has slightly disappeared, especially noticeable at low speeds. If the board has already reached a speed of more than 15 km / h, then everything is fine.
MANEUVERABILITY – increased radius of turns. You have to either slow down or go in a larger radius. This can be solved with a spacer between the harness and the deck, but this will increase the board height.
Weight and dimensions. The total weight of the board has increased by 400g. I found a way to reduce weight by 100-120g without harm, but for me this is not a problem. I prefer to ride a skateboard rather than carry it in my hands.
Pros:
The first and foremost, the board is more stable at high speeds. And even on bad surfaces with stock bashings.
The load on the knees has been greatly reduced. About half.
The distance has increased. This still requires testing, but in 3 trips I noticed that on average I drive 2 km more. This is probably due to the fact that large wheels are less responsive to uneven surfaces and it is easier for motors to maintain speed. Here I am surprised. I thought due to the fact that a wheel with a larger radius would be more difficult for the motor and the battery would be discharged faster, but in practice it turned out differently.
Speed increased slightly. Not particularly felt. Literally at 1-2km / h
Better brakes.
