  • Condition: Original good condition. Authentic from the WWI time period. No overseas shipping. Overall length (not including the scabbard) measures approx. 21.5", and the blade length measures approx. 16 7/8". There is no loss to the blade tip and the blade edge has not been sharpened. The blade has the majority of it's original surface with some worn areas with rust spots / tarnish. The blade is marked 1917 R.I.A. with US Ordnance Flaming Bomb arsenal stamp to the one side with US and serial number to the other. The scabbard has name stenciled to the back. The wood grips to the bayonet have the slight movement to one side and one of the grips has a nick to the wood (See the 4th picture for details). The bayonet fits properly into the scabbard and stays firmly into place. The canvas covered scabbard has soiling and stains to both sides of the canvas and the bottom scabbard tip has wear with some loss to the leather. Pommel and cross guard have minor wear and rust.
