    Vintage BREYER HORSE Lying Down Foal #166 buckskin bald face black tail mane.
    There are two scratch marks in the letter “R” on the bottom of the foal. My sister thought this was a great way to mark my horses and not mix them up with the neighbor’s horses. If I could only go back in time…anyway, foal has unusual bumps on surface. I have taken closer pictures. I remember thinking it was odd when I was young. These “bumps” are under the glaze and must have happened during the manufacture process..unusual. I did see another foal had the same condition. From smoke free home.
