Vintage Large Oriental Asian Wood Display Fan Ornate

Vintage Asian Wooden Ornate Carved and Painted Large Display Fan with Original Box .
This is a beautiful fan with a wonderful design!
Both sides are painted.  Back side has 12 strip of numbers which I do not understand the significance.  Also other markings.
It measures a large 35" wide x 20" tall.
It is vintage but is in great condition.
It includes tassles that hang from the bottom back ring and the original box.
