Very good condition original WWI US Model 1905 bayonet that is marked “SA” on the left ricasso for manufacture by Springfield Armory and dated 1918 with flaming bomb. Right ricasso is marked “US” with serial number. Bayonet has nice original blue finish and a full length 16” blade. Wood grips have original finish and a good tight fit. Lock button functions fine. Fitted in correct original scabbard that is the early type with a Krag hanger. Leather cover is missing, hanger functions fine. Scabbard is in fair condition overall. Nice classic M1905 bayonet for your collection.
