    Description

    "NEAT PLEATS" Hand Held Paper Fan Kit for Medium (16 X 32)  to Large Fan (20.5 X 41).
    I contacted Neat Pleats and will update if they respond. It appears this kit is no longer available and has been in storage for years. I could easily be twenty to thirty years old. For someone who likes fans and crafts, it's likely hard to find. I was not able to find anything like it on line or being sold on eBay.
    I am not a business, simply a home owner downsizing and getting rid of items no longer needed. I have a
